About You

It’s not about us

You work, play, eat, sleep, celebrate, laugh or cry – all within the most powerful infrastructure system on the planet – the human system. Air, water, food and shelter are all considered basics for survival. There is often one overlooked fundamental ‘basic’, arguably the most important one, which is NOT external but internal. Your heart beats and your breathing occurs without conscious thought, as does this other component of your ‘infrastructure’. But, does that mean it is functioning at its best? When you are feeling down or upset, or experiencing yet another failure, it might not even occur to you to check on the functioning of this fundamental system. It is something cultures around the world have been in tune with for centuries, yet only in the last couple decades have we made strides in understanding the science behind how it works. We’re talking about your nervous system…

It matters because..

The nervous system is every person’s super highway – it interconnects and operates the human machine, so to speak, at unbelievably high speed! Many fitness and wellness programs address and work with it; indirectly and without full understanding of the power they are at the edge of unleashing, because they are not taking a full, integrated approach. Do you know how to nurture it? Do you know how to check how it’s performing? Do you know when it’s an ally versus adversary? Sometimes we do, sometimes we don’t. If I lay out the multitude of functions your nervous system performs and that you DEPEND on every single day, is there really a good reason you wouldn’t put time into caring for it, the same way you make sure you have food and water every day?

Who We Are

We are Joyfully Jennie and Sincerely Steven.

With extensive experience in various personal and professional development fields, including books, courses, trainings, and one-on-one sessions with a variety of private therapists, we have gained a deep understanding of what truly works and what does not. We have become fascinated with the vastness of the self-help industry and the small percentage of individuals who truly achieve success with the promises and marketing of "you can have it all" programs. However, we also recognize the challenges faced by the majority who may experience initial excitement, but ultimately fail to see long-term results despite a significant investment in both time and money.

We’d like to help you and will endeavor to provide guidance via the resources in our site.
